Everyone says to start in Fantasy Land with a toddler, but is it that important? It will be easier to get to our lunch reservation if we start in Adventure Land. We'll only be there for 1 day this February 12th.

    Hi Jenn!

If your little one has their heart set on ANY of the Fantasyland attractions, I'd definitely head there first while they are fresh and full for the day, especially if they have their heart set on riding Dumbo.  It sounds like you're trying to avoid back-tracking or criss-crossing the park, which is a great idea in theory, but doesn't always work well in reality.

You don't mention where your lunch reservation is, but you could always work from Fantasyland to Adventureland, come back to the hub (in front of Cinderella Castle), get to your lunch reservation and then work from Fantasyland to Tomorrowland.  Generally we work from Adventureland around, but if we have a 'special request' from the kids we go there first!

    Hope this helps!

    Have a MAGICAL vacation!
