Everyone is referring to the 10% surcharge as gratuity. isnt it true that a 10% sur chrg is added to your bill like tax when you check out,and so is included in the DDP, gratuity is to be left on the table seperately if on the DDP for drink svc ?

    Hi Dawn,

I'm not quite certain that I understand your question correctly. Gratuity is not included with the Disney Dining Plans except for pizza delivery, Private In-Room Dining, Dinner Shows and Cinderella's Royal Table. If you choose to leave a credit card for incidentals, you can put your dining gratuities on your Key to the World Card. The tips would all be added to your room bill that way. You can also pay cash for your tips and leave that on the table instead of charging it to your room. The standard, recommended tip is 18%.

If I misunderstood your question, please feel free to send me a follow-up so that I can clarify for you.

    Have a wonderful vacation,
