Does everyone need to be present at check in?Hoping to have the dads distract kids, while the moms check in and get all the info. Also, someone in our group recently had back surgery/has issues walking, can we get a room close to the buses? Need a Dr. note?

    Hi Jordan,

The entire family does not need to be present at check in and it is a great idea to have the dads take the kids and show them around the resort.

I would call your resort and let them know about someone in your group recovering from back surgery and ask if you could have a closer room.  The sooner you do that the better, it will just depend on availability.

    Have a fantastic vacation!
