    hello everyone. im trying to add my annual passes to me profile and it doesnt let me i have the florida resident seasonal. is asking for some number i try and i cant add them. can anyone help me ? thanks

    Hi there, Yanet!

    It is possible that the system is not designed to accept the particular series of numbers you have on the back of your pass (I had this issue with my Florida Resident Annual Pass as well).

    You will need to call the Walt Disney passholders program at (407) 560 - PASS and have the Cast Members walk you through the process. If it's not able to be done on your end, the Cast Member will be able to add your pass on his/her side.
