Hi everyone!  I'm planning a trip to Disney World for 2015 but I'm not sure when the best time is based on how much raining will occur. Does anyone know when to expect the least amount of rain?

    Hi D'misha,

Rain and Florida go hand in hand almost year round. However, there are months where it rains much more than others. The summer (June - September) is the "rainy" season with average monthly rainfall of 6-7 inches. Late fall and winter typically have the least amount of rainfall with monthly averages of 2-3 inches. Again, there is almost always a slight chance of showers in central Florida. I have also noticed that most rain showers occur in the afternoon and historically don't last very long.

Don't let the rain damper your fun. Quite honestly, I have had some of my best times at Walt Disney World running in the rain, jumping in the puddles and making the best of the situation.

Have a magical time planning your trip and feel free to stop back by with more of your questions. We're here to help.
