Hello everyone! I’m planning on taking my 5 year old son to Disney World mid-June 2018. I’m planning on a fairly short trip; Tuesday AM fly into Orlando, Thursday or Friday afternoon fly home to PGH. Help!

    Hello Disney from PA!

Thanks for visiting Disney Parks Moms Panel. It's great to hear you're planning a trip with your son, even if it's a brief visit. Here are a few quick tips to help get you started.

First, make your reservations. I always recommend a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel. Start by checking out the featured special offers.

Purchase your theme park tickets. If you're only planning 2 park days, my personal suggestion is to simply enjoy Magic Kingdom. If you are planning 3 park days, I would personally suggest Disney's Animal Kingdom for day 3.

Check out the Park Hours Calendar for the scheduled hours. Make your FastPass+ selections. If you're staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, you can make FastPass+ selections up to 60 days before check-in. Based on your plan, it looks like you're coming up on that 60-day mark. Be ready to make your selections starting at 7 a.m. Eastern Time.

Use the restaurants and reservations tool to make dining reservations. You can always enjoy the convenient and delicious counter service offerings.

My last suggestion is to use My Disney Experience tool and mobile app to manage all the plans for your stay.

    Enjoy your Disney!
