Hello there, Ines!
My family and I traveled aboard the Disney Dream last winter and absolutely adored the ship. From the live entertainment to the themed dining, there was something for everyone in our party to enjoy.
At this time,
Disney Cruise Line does not require vaccinations to board the cruise ship; however, some ports require vaccinations. You can find some of the latest health and safety measures in each port of call through the
destination’s official government website or the vaccination requirements and recommendations for specific countries through the CDC Travelers’ Health page. Please note these requirements are subject to change. At this time, in The Bahamas, the Yellow Fever vaccine is required for travelers one or more than one-year-old arriving from countries with a risk for Yellow Fever virus transmission, which includes more than a 12-hour airport transit or layover in countries with a risk for Yellow Fever virus transmission.
Before you visit Nassau, I recommend reviewing what
Port Adventures are available. The Port Adventures booked through Disney Cruise Line offer a reliable adventure in the Ports of Call. I also like that they are hassle-free experiences, and they will help ensure you get back to the ship in time.
Ines, I highly recommend looking into a reservation at
Palo if you are looking for an extra special experience aboard the Disney Dream. This adult-only dining experience was one of the highlights of our trip.
May the magic be with you!Melanie
