Jennifer from BC Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Hi everyone. My husband and I are coming to the Magic Kingdom, from Canada, in October. We booked our flights (direct with AA) separate from our hotel (direct with Disney). Do you know if we can we still use the Magic Express Shuttle?

    Hi Jennifer,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question, my fellow Canadian!

You’ll be happy to know that Disney’s Magical Express is a service offered to all Guests staying in a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, regardless of how you booked your flights. All you need to do is call them, give them your flight details and they’ll take care of the rest.

A few important notes for Canadians wishing to use this service: if you cleared United States Customs before boarding your plane in Canada, you won’t need to pick up your luggage when you arrive at Orlando International Airport if you’re planning to use the yellow luggage tags that will “automagically” transport your things straight to your Resort hotel. Because MagicBands can't be shipped internationally, please make sure to keep a copy of your confirmation letter in your carry-on bag so that you can board your motor coach after you land.

I hope my answer helps you plan an easy arrival to the Central Florida area. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,
