if everyone on my friends and family list says that their plans are managed by me does that mean they are linked to my memory maker account or do i still have to send each one an invitation.

Hello Robert, and thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

I love the Memory Maker product because I can capture all of the magical moments during my magical vacation. Typically, anyone that wants to share a Memory Maker with you needs to be connected to your “My Family and Friends List” in My Disney Experience. Since you are managing the plans for everyone in your travel party, you probably created their accounts for them. They should already appear on your Family and Friends list.

If someone in your travel party has their own account and they are already connected to you. However, they will need to give you permission to share their PhotoPass Photos with you. They can sign in to My Disney Experience and click on their My Family and Friends List tab. They can scroll down to your name and click “update” next to your name. This will open an option for them to give permission to you share their photos with you. For the accounts that you manage, you should be able to update the sharing permissions for those family members. Any photos taken by members of your travel party will be uploaded to your account. Be sure to edit, crop, download and save your photos before they expire.

    Say cheese,
    Andrea
