HI everyone! It's me again..Still planning our first ever Christmas season visit and so excited! Considering a sleigh ride through Ft. Wilderness. Does it show you all the decorations that the campers put up? Can 2 adults ride alone?

Hi Bonnie!  The sleigh rides at Fort Wilderness are an amazing way to infuse some holiday festivity into an already magical trip.  My family did one for the first time last year and I can truly say that it was the one event that catapulted me into the holiday spirit more so than any other.  The sleigh rides do travel through the campsites at Fort Wilderness, allowing guests to admire the many elaborate light displays those festive campers dream up.  Last year, I asked our driver how they determine which routes to take and I was told that they base that decision on where the biggest and brightest displays are, as well as which are most easily accessed in the time allowed for the trip.  The sleigh rides cannot take you to every display, but you will see tons of lights and inflatables and hear plenty of Christmas music along the way.  Two adults most certainly can ride alone (and snuggle under the blanket provided), though you'll still be charged the full amount for one "sleigh."  I hope that helps!

I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists.
