    Hi everybody! We live in Europe and are going to visit in July. We wanted to purchase the memory maker in advance to save a little. But sadly there is no way to do so! Every time we try we get an error! Does anybody know how to make it work?

    Sonja, you really are super smart to be planning to make the advance purchase of Memory Maker!  This ahead-of-time planning really can save you a few dollars which of course can be spent towards something nice during your upcoming Disney holiday.

    On your behalf, I've just taken a peek at the Europe-based Walt Disney Travel Company website, and as far as I am able to see (without actually completing the Memory Maker purchase!) all is working well, and error free!

    Just as an additional piece of advice, when reaching the Memory Maker check-out page, I would recommend taking quick note of the Cart ID number located just below the green check-out button.

    It's my sincere hope that with just a little faith, trust, and pixie dust you should now be able to go ahead with your Memory Maker purchase. 

    If this is not the case, then I suggest speaking in person with a Cast Member who should be able to assist you further.  Plus, don't forget to provide the Cast Member with your previously noted Cart ID number too!
