Howdy, Maria! Welcome to planDisney!
It looks like your trip to the Disneyland Resort is coming up in just a few days! How exciting! I hope you get a chance to check out the
Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival during your stay! You'll find delicious small bites throughout the
Festival Marketplaces and some equally tasty cocktails to add a little extra pixie dust to your day. Check out this
Foodie Guide to see which dishes appeal to you and stop by in between thrills!
Maria, I am sorry you're having trouble linking your tickets. Sometimes technology takes us to infinity and beyond! But sometimes, we have to do a little damage control. I think the first step in troubleshooting this issue is to check your My Disneyland account to see if the tickets are already in there! To do this, visit the
Disneyland Resort Website and hover over the "My Disneyland" icon on the menu bar. Click "
Ticket and Reservation Details" and you'll be taken to a page that shows all active tickets and park reservations associated with your account. You may have already been successful in linking your ticket and will find it here. If your ticket shows up, you can scroll down and select "Make a Park Reservation" to make a reservation for the day you'd like to visit.
If you're not seeing your ticket, you can try
linking it online. Simply input the ticket ID number and click "Continue" to link. If you're still having trouble with this still, it may be time to call in reinforcements. You can
call the ticket line directly to chat with a friendly Cast Member who can help resolve this issue!
I hope this helps make the planning process just a bit easier for you, partner! Have a magical time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
Until next time,
Ashley
