Does every person need to show proof of having a reservation for the new bus restrictions? Including kids? If the kids go with their grandparents for a break will they be turned away since we’re staying at a different hotel than them? How would that work?

Welcome, Erin. I love that you've been asking questions about your upcoming vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort. It's because of all your research that you'll have the best time ever!

Currently, only Guests staying at a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel or visiting one with a valid dining or experience reservation can board the buses or boat transportation from Disney Springs. While Cast Members can ask anyone attempting to board these modes of transportation from Disney Springs for proof of eligibility, when I was at the resort and they first started implementing the rule, they scanned my MagicBand, and then my husband and I were on our merry way. It's important to note that rules are subject to change, and this is currently being implemented when using Disney Springs bus and boat transportation.

When visiting Disney Springs, be sure to check out the brand-new LEVEL99 location that just opened. I wasn't able to experience it when I was last there, but the games and food look pretty amazing. I've always felt that Disney Springs is a destination in and of itself, and new additions like this just confirm that belief. Of course, I can visit just one restaurant and think it's worth it. And if it's Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant, Chef Art Smith's Homecomin', or Gideon's Bakehouse, I think it's especially worth it!

Erin, keep those questions coming. We love to help Guests make magic on all of their Disney vacations!

    Keep voyaging beyond the reef,
    Matt
