    Do you ever receive follow-ups from people who took certain suggestions? I have ADR for CRT AND Akershus and I found a guest who asked if this was overkill. I was wondering the exact thing and would love to hear what she decided. Or any thoughts from you?

    Hi, Andrea! In all honesty, there is nothing we like more than feedback from the Guests we help. Of course we love the positive responses, and confirmation that a Guest took the suggestions to his/her benefit. But we also really appreciate hearing the "other side": that a Guest opted for a different approach or that the advice simply didn't pan out. This kind of follow-up helps each of us to improve as a member of the Panel, and provides us with more information to pass on to others. There is nothing wrong with sending a general note or specifically emailing, via the Moms Panel site, the Panelist who answered your question.
