Hello, Danielle!
Welcome to
planDisney, and thanks for asking us your question about the
Disneyland Resort.
Actually, there was an annual pass called the Disney Premier Passport that allowed Guests access to the four theme parks at the
Walt Disney World Resort in Florida as well as the two parks at the Disneyland Resort here in California. This was indeed a great option for Disney fans who made regular visits to the resorts on both coasts. Unfortunately, this pass was discontinued and it has not been available for purchase since early 2020. There has been no indication of plans for it to return since then.
The good news is that
Magic Key passes are currently on sale at the
Disneyland Resort after being available only intermittently over the past couple years, so if you’ve been thinking of purchasing a new pass, now is the time! I know it might be disappointing that there isn’t a coast-to-coast pass option any longer, but as a fan of both resorts myself, I like to keep an eye out for ticket and hotel deals that can help make trips to the Walt Disney World Resort more affordable. Be sure to follow the
Disney Parks Blog for the latest news and updates about both destinations!
I hope this answers your question, Danielle, and that your next trip to the Happiest Place on Earth or the Most Magical Place on Earth is just around the pixie-dusted corner! Please
write back with more questions as you continue making plans.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
