Hi Lindsey!
I remember the good old days when you used to be able to find some downtime at the Walt Disney World Resort, but lately, it seems that there is always something exciting happening that creates a lot of buzz and excitement.
Firstly, it's prime time for the
EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival, a stunning event where
EPCOT is adorned with vibrant blooms and topiary displays. This festival draws crowds who want to experience the beauty of spring and experience the delicious Outdoor Kitchens.
Moreover, April and early May often coincide with spring break for many schools across the country. Families take advantage of this time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort.
Additionally, many sporting events tend to take place in the spring. I looked and there's a Cheer competition happening at
ESPN Wide World of Sports during that period. These events attract athletes, coaches, and their families, for these exciting events.
While it's frustrating that
Disney’s All-Star Music Resort seems currently booked, don't lose hope! Many other locations may fit your style and budget!
Disney's Pop Century Resort and
Disney's Art of Animation Resort are fantastic alternatives that offer similar values and experiences. Plus, both of those
Disney Resorts Collections hotels offer you direct access to
Disney Skyliner Transportation.
One quick tip: keep an eye out for Special Offers that Disney often releases, which could make a moderate resort an affordable option or even bring the cost down to the level of a value resort.
In summary, it's not just your imagination—there's always something exciting happening at the Walt Disney World Resort. But if you’re open to trying a new resort, you may just find your new favorite place to stay!
