Is there an event called villiantines day this year?

Hi there, Theresa! Welcome to planDisney. I see that you’re planning a visit to Magic Kingdom very soon. Your arrival date just so happens to be my son’s birthday! With all the love in the air as Valentine’s Day approaches, I’d love to go over everything happening during your visit.

As I was scanning the Disney Parks Blog and Special Event Tickets, I didn’t quite see the event you mentioned by name occurring at Walt Disney World. However, that’s not to say there isn’t anything Valentine’s Day themed happening during this love-filled holiday.

If you love to shop, there’s so much festive merchandise to check out, from ear headbands with Mickey and Minnie adorned on them to Chip and Dale plush dolls moonlighting as Cupids. There truly is something for everyone. I have my eye on the Valentine’s Day Disney and Stoney Clover Lane collection that recently launched. That fanny pack is calling my name so I can store all the Valentine’s Day treats and park day essentials.

The EPCOT International Festival of the Arts will still be in full swing during your visit. From the fan-favorite Expression Section, which brings back its paint-by-numbers mural, to Once Upon A Stage: The Magic of Disney on Broadway, where you can get a backstage look at Disney on Broadway stage productions, there’s something for everyone to see, eat, and do at this limited-time festival.

If your love language happens to be sweet treats, be sure to take a bite out of the new Berry in Love Beignets at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter. Once you’re finished indulging in those beignets, consider a romantic horse-drawn carriage ride over at Port Orleans - Riverside. If you’re interested in even more foodie delights during this love fest, be sure to check out the rest of the offerings featured on Disney Eats over on Instagram.

Theresa, thank you so much for visiting planDisney. I hope this information was helpful as you continue planning your Valentine’s Day visit to the parks. If you have any questions before then, planDisney is here to help.
