Hey, howdy, hey, Wesley!
Yeehaw! You’re just about ready for a
rootin', tootin' time at the Disneyland Resort. Now, let’s see if we can offer a few tips for getting your
theme park tickets ready for
adventure.
When I purchased theme park tickets recently, I received a purchase confirmation email. The confirmation number included in the email can be used by a Disneyland Resort Cast Member to verify the ticket purchase. But the actual ticket ID numbers are accessed through the “Access Your eTickets” link from the email. If you’d like, the eTickets can be printed out from that link.
More conveniently, if you purchased your
Disney eTickets directly from the Disneyland Resort website, your tickets will be automatically linked to your account. If you log into your account within the
Disneyland mobile app, you should find your eTickets in the “Tickets and Passes” screen. The “Tickets and Passes” screen can be found in the app’s ☰ feature menu. While you are there in the feature menu, you may also want to check the “Future Plans” screen to verify that your
theme park reservations are also all set.
But what if your eTickets are still not showing up? If you still experience issues with finding your tickets or linking them to your Disneyland Resort account, I recommend reaching out to a Cast Member with the
Tickets phone line. You’ll want to have your ticket purchase confirmation number handy. It may also be a good idea to have your original method of purchase with you as well.
I hope that helps get you on your way, Wesley. Before you know it, you’ll be enjoying a magical visit to a "world of yesterday, tomorrow and fantasy."
See ya real soon!
