Hi! Do you have an estimated time frame of when dining plans will be available again? Will it be free to add on a dining plan if I go ahead and book my trip now?

Hello Anna and thanks for stopping by planDisney.

My family just loves to have the convenience of the Disney Dining Plan added to our vacations at Walt Disney World Resort!  So with that in mind, I can completely understand that you are hoping for a return in the near future of the option to purchase a Disney Dining Plan to complete your own vacation.

Anna, I only wish that I did have an estimated time frame to share with you for when the Disney Dining Plan may be available to Guests staying in a Disney Resorts Collection hotel.  However, I would assume that should the Disney Dining Plan be offered once again, Guests might be able to pay the difference to add it onto an already made Disney Resorts Collections hotel reservation.

There really is nothing like Dining at Walt Disney World Resort!  There seems to be truly something for each and every Mouseketeer.  From those who prefer a Plant-Based Cuisine, to those who need to be accommodated with any Special Dietary Requests - Mickey has thought of everything!

If you should have any further enquiries about planning your vacation to Walt Disney World Resort, then please do pop back to planDisney to ask me another question.  It's always a pleasure to offer a little pixie-dusted insight!

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
