    Can I use ESPN WWoS ticket that I get from staying at a Disney hotel for the UCA Cheer Competition?

    Cheers, Nicole! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question about attending a UCA Cheer event at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex! These events are jam-packed with excitement as teams from all over the world battle it out for championship status! I attended the UCA National High School Cheerleading Championships with my daughter a few years ago and we made so many magical memories on and off the mat!

    Nicole, because UCA cheer events are hosted by a third party, tickets to attend these competitions must be purchased directly from Varsity. These special event tickets are available online in the days leading up to the event but are not available in person at the box office, so be sure to purchase them ahead of time to avoid any delays. The ticket included in your vacation package will not grant you entry to this special event unless it was part of a Varsity spectator package.

    Looking at your arrival date, I think you plan to attend the UCA College Cheerleading Championships set for January 17-19; if this is the correct event, you can find the tickets online here. If you're looking for a different event, check out the list of upcoming events on the ESPN Wide World of Sports webpage to find your event, and then click Learn More to be directed on how to purchase your tickets.

    Once you've purchased your event tickets, you can link them to your My Disney Experience account and use a MagicBand, MagicMobile pass, or Key to the World card for entry into the event.

    A few other tips to remember when attending a cheer event at ESPN Wide World of Sports - parking is free for spectators, but buses do not run between Disney Resort hotels and the ESPN complex. The complex is big and will likely be crowded, so check out this map ahead of time to help you get the lay of the land!
