Brianne from FL Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

If you have an ESA animal would they be allowed within the Disney Springs area if they are in a stroller?

Hello, Brianne, and thank you for your question.

The policy at Walt Disney World on service animals follows the guidelines established by the Americans with Disabilities Act. They qualify service animals as one that has been trained to do work or perform a task for an individual with a disability.

Service animals at Walt Disney World must fit into these guidelines in order to be admitted to any of the theme parks or into Disney Springs. Pets or animals that do not fit the established ADA guidelines would not be permitted in the Disney Springs area.

Walt Disney World does have several dog friendly resort hotels. Other animals are not permitted.

    I hope I've helped, Brianne!
