Thank you for reaching out to us hEAR at planDisney! I'm so sorry that you're having a bit of ticket trouble, but let's see what we can do to get your Disney dates back on track.
I sadly don't have the proper magic mirror to see inside your
My Disneyland Account and which days you have selected to visit
The Happiest Place on Earth. However, I have one trick we can try, plus I can point you in the direction of the most knowledgeable Mouseketeers I know, the
Disneyland Ticketing Cast Members!
First, try to open your
Disneyland Mobile App. Once you sign in with the account information used to purchase your
theme park admission tickets, there are a few places we can click. Once on the home screen, you should see your
Disney dates populate along with the theme park you selected for your
Park Pass Reservation. If you don't see a white box containing that information, click the three stacked line icon in the bottom right corner. This will take you to your profile page. From your profile, click 'Tickets and Passes'; it's a box with a ticket icon. From this new page, you should see all of the tickets purchased and linked to your account + their use dates.
If the above isn't right, or the dates still don't look correct in how you purchased them, the next best option would be to
call my friends at the Ticketing Helpline. These Cast Members can not only pull up your information, but they can also help pinpoint any issues and make suggestions about what to do next. Their phone number is (714) 781-4636.
