    While at Epcot yesterday, a piece of art that I was looking for was sold out already. I spoke with the artist himself and he said that they would be replenishing that print. Is there a way for me to order online or by phone it once it is back in stock?

    Welcome back again to planDisney! It's been a few years and I'm glad to see you here to join us. 

    I'm sorry to say that there is no procedure or process in place for guests to purchase items from the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts online. Items are available at the festival kiosks for sale only when you visit. I would suggest trying to make another visit to EPCOT or sending a friend to help you out. Maybe they will be lucky enough to purchase the piece that you are looking for. They can even arrange with the Cast Members at the festival kiosk to have it shipped directly to you if you like. For a minimal cost and after a little bit of paperwork, your art could be on its way to you!  Another idea is to see if the artist you are interested in has a website or social media page where they are selling their pieces. I love the whimsical and colorful work of Ann Shen and found several prints available for sale online through her website.

    I'm sorry if this does not work out for you as you wanted. I have experienced the sadness of missing out on a great souvenir or item from Walt Disney World Resort and I mourn with you. My motto with shopping at Walt Disney World Resort is "If you love it, buy it" and if my Annual Passholder merchandise discount applies then "buy it faster."

    I hope that it works out for you in some way and you find a way to liven up your home with some lovely art.
