It looks like you're one of the many families who have lent their image to
Leave a Legacy at EPCOT that has since been
reimagined and moved to a new location just outside the theme park entrance, and as I passed by this morning it was great to see folks looking up to see themselves forever a part of a place full of family memories! I took this opportunity to ask the Cast Members nearby about your situation and they mentioned that while you may still use the
Leave a Legacy Tile Finder Search Feature online, international guests do report having similar difficulties accessing this from home.
- The Cast Members recommend asking them directly for assistance when you come to EPCOT on your next Walt Disney World Resort visit, so that they can help you locate the section where your family's tile is located. Currently, guests are required to scan a code using their mobile device to enter their information and in order to best refine the search results it's important to remember the city and location that your family would have submitted at the time of registration.
- They also mentioned that the Walt Disney World Resort Help Center form has been recently updated in order to request assistance from the Guest Services team, but it may also be worth calling directly as those Cast Members on the phone may be more locally based and have the ability to look this up on their end.
