    We have Epcot tickets for May 17th- is the Norway exhibit doing anything special since it is Norwegian Independence Day- a huge celebration for Norwegians?

     Welcome to planDisney, Thelma. I'm so happy you stopped by and even happier to hear you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in just a few days! You must be so excited. 

     It sounds like you picked the perfect date to visit EPCOT. While nothing has been officially announced for Norway Constitution Day at the Norway Pavilion, I can tell you that Cast Members have celebrated May 17th in years past. At the very least, you can expect that they'll share their culture with you as part of the Constitution Day celebrations!

     While you're exploring Norway, be sure to stop by Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe for some Constitution Day treats like the fan-favorite school bread. YUM! And if you'd like to brush up on your Norwegian history, spend some time in the Stave Church Gallery.
