From time to time the offerings of the Enchanting Extras Collection will vary. I did take a look at the current list and I am also not seeing the EPCOT Seas Adventures - Seas Aqua Tour. Right now, available at EPCOT are the
EPCOT Seas Adventures – Dolphins in Depth and the
EPCOT Seas Adventures - DiveQuest. I also noticed a disclaimer on both of these Enchanting Extras stating both of these experiences will close for the refurbishment of the habitats starting in early January through sometime in March. It's my guess that this could be the main reason why you aren't seeing the tour you were hoping to book. Depending on when you are visiting Walt Disney World, I recommend keeping an eye on the
Enchanting Extras Collection webpage the closer it gets to your vacation to see if any of these extras have returned for booking.
There are a lot of other fun extras to choose from, Bradley. Some of my favorites include the Wild Africa Trek and the Caring For Giants tour at Disney's Animal Kingdom. If you are looking for something to do while at EPCOT, the Behind the Seeds tour is really informative and fun as well.
