    For the Epcot seas adventure dive quest, do you need a scuba certification beforehand to participate?

    Howdy Ami!

    Welcome to the big blue world of planDisney! The EPCOT Seas Adventures - DiveQuest is an amazing adventure where you plunge into the 5.7-million-gallon saltwater aquarium to swim with over 2,000 amazing aquatic animals. You might even see Mr. Ray teaching his school of friends. Now let’s dive into your question and see what we can find. 

    Alrighty, so according to the website for The EPCOT Seas Adventures - DiveQuest, proof of open water SCUBA certification is required for this program. All Guests must be ages 10 or older in order to participate. All minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

    A few additional things to keep in mind: you can book this experience up to 60 days in advance of your visit. Right now, it looks like it is offered at 1:30 & 4:30 PM on multiple days each week.
