Hi Cynthia,
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. I’ve got holly-jolly goosebumps thinking about your magical Christmas Day spent at Epcot!
My fellow Moms Panelist Tabitha always knows how many days it is until Christmas, but even I can tell you that we’ve got quite a countdown until Santa visits! Even though most of us here in the United States are just shaking out our beach towels and sunscreen, you’re approaching your 180-day window for making dining reservations for your December visit. Let's put a drink umbrella in some egg nog and get festive!
Christmas dinner menus haven’t been released yet, but I have some suggestions. I’ve heard wonderful things about Biergarten for Christmas dinner, and I think Garden Grill could also be a great option, as its dinner menu includes holiday favorites. I also like the idea of Rose & Crown Pub, where you can make like Ebenezer Scrooge and his family and enjoy some English cheer.
Cynthia, the
Candlelight Processional is a beautiful and moving show that tells the story of Christmas through song and narration. The Candlelight Processional Dining Package allows you to reserve lunch or dinner at select Epcot restaurants and receive guaranteed seating for the show. While the details aren’t yet available, that could be a very special way to celebrate Christmas Day. Keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date news on holiday experiences.
Enjoy every merry moment of Epcot’s
International Festival of the Holidays! One last tip: don’t miss the holiday IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth fireworks, which are truly awesome.
Wishing you a magical vacation and happy holidays,
Robyn
