Hi Sally,
Welcome to planDisney!
Like you, I love the
Holidays at Walt Disney World Resort! The good news is that this year the celebration officially begins on November 12th. However, The
EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays actually begins a little later on November 29th. So while holiday decorations will be up at all of the theme parks, specific festivities at EPCOT, including the Holiday Cookie Stroll, may not officially begin until November 29th.
I feel like there is so much to do, we may need to practice! So, take some time to savor cookie stroll memories and other festivities from 2023 in this Disney Parks Blog
Disney Eats: Foodie Guide to EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays Presented by AdventHealth. Also beginning in November, the
Candlelight Processional is a must-do for my girls and me every time we visit in December. Take a look at
last year's dates and narrators for reference.
If you have not already done so, check out the activities at each theme park. I am excited about
Disney Jollywood Nights. I did check the dates and, at the time I checked, tickets were still available. Of course, Magic Kingdom will be decorated as will the
Disney Resorts Collection hotels. We also love to walk through Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa to see the
life-size gingerbread house.
Sally, I have also been lucky enough to experience the magic of Disney on more than one visit, so let me say that I am sending a little extra pixie dust. Your dates are so close! Ask a cast member about the cookie stroll when you arrive. I am hopeful that with your
practically perfect planning and a touch of Disney magic, you may be leading the cookie stroll on the day of your visit!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
