    We’re going to Epcot and magic kingdom next weekend and the app doesn’t let me order genie plus ? It shows our names and icons but says “ineligible “ and we can’t click on ourselves …. Please advise - thanks !

    Let the countdown begin to your immersive weekend at Walt Disney World Resort. Your visit is in time to enjoy The World's Most Magical Celebration before it comes to a close at the end of March. Look for the golden Disney Fab 50 Character Collection statues. At Magic Kingdom Park, you can find the fab five in the hub.

    Hakuna Matata, Bethany! It means "No Worries." You are just a little ahead of the game, but I do like your style. Disney Genie+ Service can be purchased any time after midnight on the day of your Theme Park Reservations. I like to set my alarm to purchase at around 6:45 AM, so I am ready to make my first Lightning Lane selection at 7:00 AM. To purchase, open the My Disney Experience Mobile App and scroll the homepage to find "Disney Genie+ Service" and tap "purchase." Follow the prompts and submit payment. Here are six short helpful videos to help explain all things about Disney Genie Service.

    Friendly reminder on the day of your EPCOT theme park reservation, you are eligible at 7:00 AM to try for a boarding group through the virtual queue to experience the out-of-this-world Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. If you miss your first chance in the morning and tap into EPCOT, you can try again at 1:00 PM from inside the park.
