Gilbert from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Going to Epcot on 1/21-23/25. We were interested in the Rose & Crown fireworks dining package. I was on right when my day opened and everything was unavailable. Actually, every single dining event was unavailable. Impossible! Not open yet?

Hello, Gilbert. Thanks for reaching out to us with your question.

Reservations for the Rose & Crown Fireworks Dining Package typically go live 60 days before the date you're looking to book at 6:00 a.m. EST. If you're staying at a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel, you can book these types of experiences 60 days before your check-in date for up to 10 days of your vacation. Because these experiences are limited and often sell out quickly, I usually recommend booking them toward the end of your vacation if you're staying at one of these hotels, as fewer Guests will have had access to those dates. If you're not finding availability, you can keep checking back as your vacation approaches because Guests sometimes change their plans and cancel their reservations, and those reservations are usually made available for others to book.

I just booked the Spice Road Table Fireworks Dining Package for around the time you are looking to dine, and while I was able to book it, I wasn't able to book a table for my entire party. Instead, I booked my party of six as a table of two and a table of four.  While we may not be able to sit together, we will all have the same experience marveling at Luminous the Symphony of Us while enjoying a very nice dinner. While you're checking back for availability, you may want to take my approach if you have a larger party. You can always ask the Cast Member when you check in if your separate reservations can be combined, but have a plan for who will sit with whom if it can't be done.

With this nighttime spectacular, you can get great views from all around the World Showcase Lagoon. There really isn't a bad seat in the house, which is why I'm usually able to find a great spot to watch without having to stake out a spot for an extended time before it starts. And what's so great about EPCOT is all of the food and drink options all around the park, especially if you're visiting during a festival. So if it ends up that you cannot get this fireworks dining package, just know you can get some great eats and drinks to enjoy while watching the show pretty easily!

Gilbert, best wishes for getting the dining package of your dreams. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out to me!

    Blame it on the pig,
