    Is Epcot having any celebrations for its own birthday on 1st October?

    Hi Helen!  I extended my day at Disney just in case Epcot decides to do something special for its birthday on October 1 but so far nothing has been announced!  When asked a few months ago I was told they were not planning anything but as it gets closer I am thinking perhaps something will be developed?  In any case have lunch reservations and a late flight out that day so I can at least wish the Epcot park a very happy birthday! Keep watching for updates here!
