Is Epcot any fun for a 5 year old?

Hi Brenda - while most people think of Epcot as more of an adult park, it definitely does have some attractions that appeal to children.  We travel as a family to Walt Disney World each year, and we always spend at least one day at Epcot.

My kids enjoy the following attractions:

    • Soarin'
    • Spaceship Earth
    • Finding Nemo
    • Turtle Talk with Crush
    • Gran Fiesta Tour (in the Mexican Pavilion)
In addition, there are some great opportunities for character meet and greets.  Some of the princesses, such as Mulan, Belle, Snow White, and Jasmine can be seen throughout the World Showcase.  In addition, the Epcot character spot features Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, and Goofy.

If you are thinking of making advance dining reservations for a character meal at Epcot, the Akershus Banquet Hall hosts princesses for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while Chip N Dale (and some fabulous food) await you at the Garden Grill.

    Have a great vacation!
