Going to Epcot Dec. 28 and looking to book ADR w/Candlelight Proc. 6:45 show. Deciding between Les Chefs (for parents) and Garden Grill (for kids). We have 2 boys 5,4 and have ADRs for Chef Mickeys/Tusker House as well. Any suggestions on food, venue, etc?

    Hi Heather!

The Candlelight Processional at EPCOT during the holidays is one of my favorite experiences at Disney, ever!  It is very moving and beautiful, and truly celebrates the beauty of the season!

I have to be honest and say that I love dining at both the Garden Grill and Les Chefs de France.  But, I am going to make a very personal recommendation for you.

The ultimate decision is, of course, up to you, and you can't go wrong with either one.  However, I recommend Les Chefs de France to you, first and foremost, because it is so much closer to the location of the Candlelight Processional (held at the The American Gardens Theatre at the American Pavilion).

Secondly, even though Les Chefs de France is not a traditional Character Dining experience, it is still very family and child-friendly, and at designated times throughout most days it features a memorable visit with the popular character from the Pixar film, Ratatouille!, an event called "Bon Appetit from Chef Remy".  For more information, click HERE.  Make sure you check with the Cast Member when you make your reservation as to the times when this event takes place.

I hope this is helpful to you in making your choice!  Have a wonderful time and enjoy the Candlelight Processional and your dining experiences!
