My DH & 2 DS and I are going to Epcot to see the 6:45 Candlelight Processional. Is it feasible that we will be able to see Illuminations after the Processional or can we not do both in the same night. If so where is a good place to watch from? Thanks!

    Hi Tara,

I am a self-defined holiday "junkie".  (It might have something to do with my Christmas Eve birthday!) I can not think of a better place to celebrate any part of the holiday season that at Disney with one of the many special events offered throughout the festive parks!  I had an opportunity to see the Candlelight Processional for the first time last December.  To say that I was amazed is an understatement.  This moving retelling of the Christmas Story by a celebrity narrator, against the backdrop of a 50-piece orchestra and choir left me with chills running down my arms.

You will absolutely be able to see Illuminations after the Processional.  In fact, this is exactly what we did to end our perfect Disney day!  The show takes place in the America Gardens Theater in the World Showcase.  When it concludes, simply make your way out of the theater to a spot around the World Showcase Lagoon.  Be sure not to pick a spot where trees will obstruct your view.  My personal favorite spot is between Canada and Mexico!

    Have a magical holiday visit!
