If I am going to Epcot through the back entrance, can I park at the Boardwalk. If so, when is that lot available to the Public. And how early do the shops along the Boardwalk open (hoping for breakfast on the way in).

Hi Eric! Welcome back to planDisney!

Can you believe that in just THREE days you will be arriving for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation? I love how you are planning the details of your days in the theme parks now. All of your planning will pay off very soon when you are enjoying all of your magical moments!

When it comes to parking at Disney's BoardWalk, you are actually parking at Disney's BoardWalk Inn. The parking area is for Guests staying at this Disney Resorts Collection hotel, but other Guests can park there when visiting Disney's BoardWalk or for dining reservations. The difference is that Guests who are not staying at this resort have a limited parking time, usually three hours or less, that can be used to explore the gorgeous BoardWalk area. This means that you can park there to check out the BoardWalk, but you cannot leave your car there while you spend the day in EPCOT. You will need to move your car to the EPCOT parking lot and enter through the front entrance instead.

If you still want to grab breakfast at Disney's BoardWalk, you'll be happy to know that the BoardWalk Bakery typically opens at 7:00 AM and they have a few pastry and breakfast sandwich choices that will help you start your day off deliciously!

I hope you have the BEST vacation, Eric! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
