How to get to epcot from art of animation

It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Tiffany!

One of the best parts of booking a vacation at Walt Disney World Resort vacation is how easy everything is once you get there. I love that I don't even need to worry about driving or figuring out directions because there is a really robust transportation system! You can use the complimentary bus, water, and monorail transportation or even use the Lyft app to request a Minnie Van for a private door-to-door ride. Starting on September 29, guests will be able to experience a brand new form of transportation and glide through the sky on the Disney Skyliner! This is going to be great for you if you're staying at Disney's Art of Animation Resort, so let's chat about the best way to get from the Resort Hotel you're staying at to Epcot.

At the moment, the quickest and most readily available way to get to Epcot from your Resort Hotel is by using complimentary bus transportation. Bus service begins about 45 minutes before the Theme Parks open and wraps up about an hour after closing. At Disney's Art of Animation Resort, you can catch the bus in front of the main building, Animation Hall. The buses run frequently and you can check the My Disney Experience app to see when the next one is coming to get you! If you're visiting after September 29 when the Disney Skyliner is set to open you can walk across Generation Gap Bridge, which connects your Resort Hotel with Disney's Pop Century Resort, board a gondola to get to Epcot. You'll soar above the Theme Parks and Resort Hotels and get a view of Walt Disney World Resort that guests have never seen before! Some of my friends and I are visiting this fall and have decided to take an afternoon to just experience the Disney Skyliner and take a snack tour of the different Resort Hotels it stops at, so I really do hope you get to try it for yourself and enjoy the ride on your upcoming trip.

    Have a magical day, Tiffany!
