My entire family is taking a trip in May. We will be 6 Adults and 3 children plus one under 3. Can we book a Grand Gathering? Is there a special dining experience we can book?

    Hi Laura!

A grand gathering is a party of eight or more people over the age of three. It looks like your group qualifies!

There are several special experiences that you can book as part of a grand gathering. There is a special dinner at Epcot which includes storytelling, characters and a VIP viewing of Illuminations with dessert. Your group could also enjoy a special safari at Animal Kingdom followed by dinner at the Tusker House. After dinner you'll get a chance to see some animals up close and some characters may even stop by. If you would like a special experience at the Magic Kingdom, your grand gathering can enjoy breakfast with Mickey and his friends at Tony's Town Square restaurant. To book any of these special meals or to learn more, call 407-WDW-MAGIC (407-939-6244) or toll free 1-800-327-2989. You can also learn more about grand gatherings on the Disney website HERE.

I hope you have a wonderful time with your family!
