Hey. there, hi there Ruth! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney with your question. Let's get you some answers!
If you have all the tickets for your family loaded onto your account, the easiest solution would be for them to download the Disneyland app and log in using your account information. This is what I do with my family. My husband and teens have the Disneyland app downloaded on their phones and just log in using my account. There isn't an issue with your account being logged in on multiple phones. This also works great when my teens want to go off and do some attractions on their own because they also have the capability of
mobile ordering with my account.
If these tickets are not for your immediate household family and you don't want them using your account information or using your stored payments to mobile order, you have another option. They can download the
Disneyland app and create their own account. Then you can share their ticket numbers with them and they can link their own tickets to their own account. Everyone's tickets can still stay on your account, but then they have access to their own tickets as well.
To link a ticket in the app, they would click the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of the app and then click on "Tickets and Passes". Here they can scan a barcode or choose to enter an ID number for their tickets.
I hope you will be able to enjoy a few days at Disneyland Resort or at least have Park Hoppers.
Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is in full swing and the park is full of great food and fun entertainment. My favorite treat at the festival is the SNICKERS Caramel-Peanut Milk Chocolate Mickey Macaron. It is SO good!
Ruth, I hope this information was helpful for you. The time has almost here and you are just days away from a magical time at The Happiest Place on Earth! I hope you have a wonderful time!
