    How can I get my entire family on the My Disney Experience app? It says my friends and family list is shared in my settings, but no one can see each other in the app. Just themselves and me. Help please!

    Welcome to planDisney, Amity! 

    It sounds like you’re doing just about everything right on your My Disney Experience Mobile App! But I think I can give you a few extra tips to help you out a little further! 

    I’d recommend for all of you to sign into your accounts on the Walt Disney World Resort website. I find that linking family and friends together is easier on the computer rather than on the app itself. For the people that would like to see each other on their plans, it may be helpful for them to select “Add a Guest” within the “My Family & Friends” page found under the “My Disney Experience” tab on the righthand side of the website. From there, they’ll be able to add Guests that they’d like to see on their My Disney Experience Mobile App in a variety of ways. All your party members will need to do is accept each other’s invites to become friends.

    I know that feels like a roundabout way to link Guests together, but this is the way that works the best for me every time! If you find that you are still having difficulties, consider calling a Cast Member at Website Support at (407) 939-4357.
