Hi Kathryn! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.
I'm sorry you're having difficulty with the Entertainment Schedule. This is a known issue for the Canadian Disneyland Resort website, which I hope is resolved soon for Guests. In the meantime, I can walk you through how to view the Entertainment Schedule as I am able to see it because I know you want to get to planning!
Navigate to the
Disneyland Resort website. At the top of the page and to the left of the search bar, you'll see an icon of the globe and "Canada (English)," which is the selection causing the empty Entertainment Schedule. Click the link and select "United States (English)." Making this adjustment should give you access to the working version of the
Entertainment Schedule. When you want to go back to the Canadian version of the website, simply select "Canada (English)" again.
Again, I apologize for this error. If I can make a suggestion for must-do entertainment, the Disney100 Celebration at Disneyland Resort just debuted, and my friends at planDisney love the new nighttime shows:
Wondrous Journeys at Disneyland Park and
World of Color - ONE at Disney California Adventure Park. Maybe work them into your plans now that you've got the tools to make them!
Have a magical time.
Elizabeth
