I was entering my ticket numbers for reservations and accidentally switched the tickets. My son (3-9) got attached to the 10+ ticket. How can I fix that?

Hey there Clair! Welcome to planDisney! I am excited to hear you are in the planning stages of visiting Disneyland Resort. It doesn't matter how many times I walk through those turnstiles, I always am full of emotion as I walk down Main Street, U.S.A.

I understand mistakes happen, especially in the excitement of planning a trip to The Happiest Place on Earth. You'll be happy to know that the name attached to each theme park ticket doesn't really matter. Once you approach the turnstiles on your first visit with that ticket, a Cast Member will take your picture and that will be how each ticket is assigned to each Guest in your party. If you would still prefer to have the names match up correctly, you will want to give the Ticket Services a call. A Cast Member will be able to get that taken care for you.

While you are planning be sure to familiarize yourself with the Disneyland app. Our family saves so much time utilizing mobile ordering within the app. Less time in food lines means more time for adventure and attractions!

Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney! I hope you have a magical visit to Disneyland Resort. Be sure to stop by again with any other questions you may have for us!
