On entering the Magic Kingdom should we proceed to the right or left? to get the most out of our day. (which direction do most guests take). Bringing our 4 yr old granddaughter for the first time :-)

Caroline how wonderful you are taking your granddaughter for her first Walt Disney World experience. You will have a blast meeting Disney princesses, eating Mickey ice cream, and cruising through "it's a small world" with her.

To get the most of your day at the Magic Kingdom you should arrive at opening and head straight to Cinderella Castle and into Fantasyland. You will be able to ride several attractions before the crowds pick up midmorning and wait times increase. Plus your little princess will love this area with The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Peter Pan's Flight, and the Prince Charming Regal Carrousel. With a four old along do consider a break in the afternoon to head back to your resort for a nap or some pool time. Then you may hit the park again for more fun after the peak crowds have left.

Wishing you and your granddaughter many magical memories!
