    We entered all of our tickets into one My Disney Experience app. How does someone get their ticket off of my phone onto their phone

    Welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad you are here. 

    It sounds to me like you are the "Gal in the Chair" for your crew's big Walt Disney World Resort adventure. You're handling the planning, making sure everyone has an excellent experience, and dreaming of the perfect vacation. I'm sure everyone is grateful for you! 

    Ok, let's get you squared away, eh? 

    A simple way to make sure everyone has access to their Disney theme park tickets, Resort hotel reservations, check-in at virtual queue and Lightning Lane entrances, and more is to create and share a Disney MagicMobile Pass for each Guest. Since your tickets are already linked, this should be quick and easy! 

    From the Home Screen on the My Disney Experience Mobile App, click the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner. Then, select Disney MagicMobile. Follow the prompts to create your MagicMobile Pass by selecting the perfect style for you. Once that is complete, you should be able to create a MagicMobile Pass for each Guest in your group and share it easily via text message. Just instruct each person to add their pass to their mobile wallet, and they will be good to go! 

    If your family and friends would like a little more control over their own Walt Disney World Resort vacation agenda, you can invite Guests to "Share planning." That means that you will no longer manage their My Disney Experience account, but that you can still work together to coordinate plans quickly and easily. This way, they can use their mobile phones to log in to their unique My Disney Experience accounts for Disney theme park tickets, Disney Resort hotel reservations, Disney PhotoPass Service, Advance Dining Reservations, and more. 

    Kimberley, all you need to do is log in to your My Disney Experience account, select "My Family & Friends," choose a person with whom you would like to coordinate, and click on "Settings" to the right of their name. Select "Share Planning With..." From there, you simply enter the email address for that Guest. They will receive an invitation to create a password of their own, and will now manage a My Disney Experience account.
