Hello Hannah and thanks for bringing such a great question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Firstly let me say what a wonderful choice of hotel you've made by opting to stay at the stunningly beautiful Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge; you're sure to enjoy a wild adventure by staying there!
Today on your behalf I've spoken with several really knowledgeable Cast Members by using the telephone numbers contained within this Walt Disney World Resort Telephone Directory about the LBG UK Pkg+dining codes which are showing up on your My Disney Experience App.
The general consensus seems to be that perhaps you purchased your Walt Disney World Resort holiday package from an independent tour operator (other than the Walt Disney Travel Company), in which case you would need to speak with them directly for an explanation and to gain further clarification about your reservation.
If you have any further questions about your upcoming magical holiday to Walt Disney World Resort please pop back to ask me another question.
    Have a great Disney day.
    ~ Jane
