Hi Sandra,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. One of my kiddos recently had a birthday, and his profile in My Disney Experience "auto-magically" updated to show his new age, even if I'm not ready to accept that he's growing up! This calls for a trip to Walt Disney World, where we can
fly to Neverland, stay young and playful, and believe in magic, no matter our age.
To update your child's birthday, log in to your
My Disney Experience account from your computer. You'll see "Family & Friends" listed as an option on your home screen; click on "View List." You’ll then see a list of all your connected Family & Friends; select the child you'd like to update, click on "Update," and you'll see several fields you can change, including birthday. Once you've saved the changes, you should be all set.
Sandra, if this doesn't work for you and you require assistance, you'll find UK phone numbers listed in Walt Disney World’s
Phone Directory. I would reach out to the My Disney Experience Cast Members, as they should be able to wave their magic wands and make it right faster than you can say "Bibbity Bobbity Boo!"
I hope you and your family have the most wonderful visit to Walt Disney World! As you do your counting down and Disney dreaming, be sure to read the
Disney Parks Blog for all the latest news about new experiences, treats, and other fun around the theme parks, resorts, and
Disney Springs. Adventure is out there!
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Robyn
