Hello, I entered the age of one of the guest wrong. How I can fix it?

    Royal Greetings, Rosa!

It is our pleasure to have you Be Our Guest at planDisney today, we are more than ready to help!

When you entered the age of one of the Guests incorrectly, was it for a hotel reservation or a ticket purchased? If it’s for your room reservation you’ll want to go ahead and give the Hotel Reservations line a call. A Cast Member there will be more than happy to complete the modifications for you. If you entered the wrong age for a ticket, please don’t worry.

Ages on tickets are associated with the ticket type. For example, if your Guest is between the ages of 3-9 years old and has an Ages 3-9 ticket, then there’s nothing more that needs to be done. Their ticket is fine to be used as long as they are between those ages and the age you entered is also between those ages. The same thing applies to an Ages 10+ ticket. As long as you entered an age older than 10 years old and the Guest is older than 10 years old, there’s no need to worry.

If you would like, you are more than welcome to give the Disneyland Resort a call to speak with a Cast Member about adjusting the age of your Guest. Rosa, I hope this helps ease your worries. Enjoy your visit and please say hello to Mickey Mouse and all his Pals for me!
