Hi again, Kylee! Thanks for trusting planDisney to help with all of your vacation planning questions! You're well on your way to making lots of magical memories, so let's talk about
accessing the magic on your upcoming visit!
Kylee, certain Theme Park Tickets no longer require Guests to make Theme Park Reservations, so visiting the parks is now a little more flexible! If your ticket type does not require a reservation, you can just arrive at your desired Theme Park and tap into the magic in a variety of ways! If you will not be using a
MagicBand on your visit, then I recommend utilizing the
Disney MagicMobile Service through the
My Disney Experience mobile app. This service will allow you to create a digital pass and add it to your digital wallet on your mobile device so you can use your phone to tap into the parks as well as check in for any
Virtual Queues and
Lightning Lanes, link your
PhotoPass memories to your account, and capture your attraction photos and videos. If you're staying as a Guest at a Disney Resort hotel, you can even use MagicMobile to purchase food and merchandise to be charged back to your hotel folio!
While I think Disney MagicMobile is the most convenient option, you can also request a Key to the World Card, which is a physical card that you can use for entering the Theme Parks. These are available upon request at the front desk of your Disney Resort hotel or at Guest Services at each of the Theme Parks.
Kylee, before I let you go, I'd love to recommend you take time during your upcoming trip to check out
Disney Dreams That Soar at Disney Springs! This state-of-the-art drone show features over 800 drones lighting up the sky with images of some of our most beloved Disney characters! I had the chance to experience this show twice this summer, and it truly is magical! It's a limited-time offering through September 2, so if you have the chance to see it, don't miss it!
I'm wishing you lots of magic and memories on your upcoming visit, Kylee, and if you have any other planning questions, come on back and let us know!
See you real soon,
Alison
