To enter the parks, you will be required to provide biometric identification or show a photo ID .What is a biometric id? Also where do you get the pin # you use to shop?

    Hi Claudia,

The biometric identification is essentially a fingerprint scan. When you enter the park, there is a biometric reader which you place your fingertip on. The first time you use it, it captures an image. Then, each time you enter, you will place your finger on the scanner and it will verify that your image matches the first scan.

When you first check in at your resort, you will be given the opportunity to choose your pin #. You will use this whenever you make purchases that you want to charge back to your room.

Please do not hesitate to send a follow up question if you need further clarification.

    Wishing you a wonderful vacation,
