Hi when we enter thé Park they vive you a card to scandale at Rachel ride Is it still like that

    Bonjour Simon!

    Welcome to planDisney!

There are just so many ways to enter each of the Parks at Walt Disney World Resort! If you have not received a ticket card in the mail yet then know that you can receive one when you arrive at the Parks. The smoothest way to accomplish this is to visit the Will Call ticket booths at the front of the park entrances where they will need your valid photo ID and any confirmation code or emails you have to generate a card for you. A tip I like to share is to make sure you note which card belongs to which person as sometimes you can get issued a duplicate design and there is no name printed on it. I always have a permanent marker on hand to help with that. Another option, which I consider my favorite, is to visit the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. They will be able to assist you just like the ticket booths and while you are there you can grab a delicious treat or do some souvenir shopping. Disney Springs is a shopping and entertainment experience that is free to enter. No tickets are required! I love making a trip here every time I visit the Parks as my family loves shopping at World of Disney and Basin followed by a delicious meal. (Ok, Basin is my favorite.) My current favorite restaurant in Disney Springs is eet by Maneet Chauhan which serves delicious Indian food with flair.

Did you know that you don't need a ticket card to enter the Parks? If you have a smartphone then you should be able to use the Disney MagicMobile Service. Download when able, the My Disney Experience Mobile App and then look for "My Tickets and Passes" which is where any linked tickets will appear. You should see the option to "save to wallet" which will download a digital ticket to your phone's wallet which can be used to tap into the Parks and Lightning Lane entrances. Make sure that it is on "Express Mode" if you have an Apple device. Another option is to purchase a Disney band (or as they are known in the US - MagicBands) and use them to enter the Parks. They function as wearable tickets and come in very lovely colors and designs. The latest version of the Disney band even lights up and interacts with the environment in fun ways. My family had a chance to enjoy Fantasmic! recently and loved how our bracelets lit up with each scene. You can purchase Disney bands at various merchandise locations including your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, Disney's Pin Traders in Disney Springs, and World of Disney which is also in Disney Springs. I hope this proves to you that a trip to Disney Springs can't be missed!

If you have any more questions feel free to visit us again or if you prefer to speak in French we have a planDisney page for that!

    Happy Planning!
